Brad was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Irving, Texas. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Navy, where he was stationed at the Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, Florida, and was promoted to Executive Officer's Yeoman and then Legal Office Supervisor. 
 
After active duty in the Navy, Brad continued his military service as a YN2 in the Navy Reserves while he attended the University of Houston and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. In December 1991, Brad obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law at the age of 35.
 
While at South Texas, Brad was elected Vice-Justice and then Justice of the Sam Houston Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta International Legal Fraternity. He served as the Law School Chapter's Delegate to the International Convention in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1990. Brad also served on the Board of Advocates and the Student Executive Committee. Brad was admitted to the Texas bar in 1992.  Brad will celebrate 32 years of active practice as an attorney on May 1, 2024.                                                     
During his time in the Navy, college and law school, Brad earned his Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
 
After working for several small law firms, Brad decided to go on his own and opened Bradford N. Oesch, P.C. in the fall of 1992.  In 1994 his firm partnered with Neil Leibman and the firm became Leibman & Oesch, L.L.P.  In 1998, Leibman & Oesch was dissolved and Brad moved his firm which is currently located at 800 Bering, Suite 201 Houston, Texas 77057. 
 
Brad focuses his practice on Plaintiff's Personal Injury and general civil litigation and has successfully taken cases from their infancy to the Texas Supreme Court. (Published cases below).
 
Brad is the proud father of two beautiful adult daughters and believes his success comes more easily because he truly enjoys his work and has committed his life to helping others.
